Approval and Promulgation of State Implementation Plans: Idaho

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approves a revision of the Northern Ada County, Idaho State Implementation Plan (SIP) for carbon monoxide (CO), which was submitted to EPA Region 10 Administrator, Chuck Clarke, on June 29, 1994. The action deletes transportation control measures from the CO SIP which was last updated in 1984. The action also adds to the CO SIP, enhancements to three ongoing programs: Transit, rideshare, and vehicle inspection and maintenance.
