EPA Approves Idaho State Implementation Plan Revision for Carbon Monoxide Reduction

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the Northern Ada County, Idaho State Implementation Plan (SIP) for reducing carbon monoxide emissions, which was submitted on June 29, 1994. The revised plan includes enhancements to programs aimed at reducing CO emissions from transit, rideshare, and vehicle inspection and maintenance.
