Pacific Environmental Services, Inc.; Access to Trade Secret Information

EPA has authorized Pacific Environmental Services, Inc. (PES), of Herndon, VA for access to information submitted to EPA pursuant to sections 303, 311, 312, 313, and 322 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA), also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA). Some of the information may be claimed or determined to be trade secret information. EPA is issuing this notice to inform all submitters of trade secret information under the aforementioned EPCRA sections that EPA will provide PES personnel access to trade secret information on a need-to-know basis.
