EPA Authorizes Pacific Environmental Services, Inc. Access to Trade Secret Information Under EPCRA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted access to trade secret information to Pacific Environmental Services, Inc. (PES) for use in accordance with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA), allowing the company to review sensitive information on a need-to-know basis.
