EPA Authorizes Radian Corporation Access to Trade Secret Information Under EPCRA

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Radian Corporation, a company based in Herndon, Virginia, permission to access trade secret information submitted to the EPA under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, also known as Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA). This access will be granted on a need-to-know basis to Radian Corporation personnel.
