EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rule for Refractory Ceramic Fiber

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a rule requiring companies to notify the agency 90 days prior to manufacturing, importing, or processing refractory ceramic fiber in new product forms or applications, following public comments on the proposal.
