EPA Approves California State Implementation Plan Revision to Regulate VOC Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of revisions to the California State Implementation Plan, which will regulate emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from gasoline transfer operations and other sources, in accordance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
