EPA to Delete Kenmark Textiles Printing Corporation Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II is seeking public comment on its plan to remove the Kenmark Textiles Printing Corporation Superfund site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that no further action is necessary under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
