North Dakota Approves Revised Public Water System Supervision Program

The State of North Dakota has revised its Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) Primacy Program to align with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations (NPDWRs), as approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The revised program includes new regulations for 7 inorganic and 26 organic chemicals, and will ensure the safe drinking water for residents in the state.
