EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations NESHAP

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for proposed national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for off-site waste and recovery operations. The original 60-day comment period, which ended on December 12, 1994, is now being extended by 30 days to January 11, 1995.
