EPA Approves Redesignation of Huntington West Virginia Ozone Nonattainment Area, Ends Sanctions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a redesignation request and a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of West Virginia, removing sanctions on the Huntington area and approving a maintenance plan to ensure continued ozone attainment.
