EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Industrial Sources

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to address volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from surface coating, pneumatic rubber tire manufacturing, graphic arts, and synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry equipment leaks, with no further public comment period planned.
