EPA to Transfer Confidential Business Information to Contractors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to transfer confidential business information to several contractors, including SAIC, Inc. and ICF, Inc., in accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). This move is part of EPA's efforts to support and expand solid and hazardous waste regulations.
