Amendments to the Worker Protection Standard Requirements for Crop Advisors; Notification to Secretary of Agriculture

Notice is given that the Administrator of EPA has forwarded to the Secretary of Agriculture a proposed rule under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The proposed rule proposes to amend crop advisor provisions of the 1992 Worker Protection Standard, part 170, which governs worker protection requirements on agricultural establishments.
