Provisional Exemption From Registration for Certain List I Chemical Handlers

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has established a temporary exemption from registration for certain List I chemical handlers under the Domestic Chemical Diversion Control Act of 1993, effective April 16, 1994.
