Redelegation of Functions; Delegation of Authority to Drug Enforcement Administration Official

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Administrator is amending the Justice Department regulations to redelegate certain functions and authority vested in the Attorney General by the Controlled Substances Act.
