Redelegation of Authority of Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division

The Department of Justice has redelegated authority to the Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Criminal Division to temporarily transfer witnesses in foreign custody to the US for testimony in federal or state criminal proceedings, and to redelegate this authority to Deputy Assistant Attorneys General and the Office of International Affairs.
