US Department of Labor Restores Original FLSA Regulation After Court Order
The US Department of Labor is issuing a final rule to remove regulatory text from the 2021 Dual Jobs Rule, which was vacated by a federal appeals court, and reinstate the original FLSA regulation on dual jobs under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
