Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for JTF-6 Support Program Continuation

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) has released a Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (FPEIS) for the continuation of the Joint Task Force Six (JTF-6) support program, which provides operational and engineering support to law enforcement agencies along the southwestern border. The FPEIS was filed with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on August 11, 1994, following a public comment period that began on May 30, 1994.
