EPA Lodges Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup at Former Chemical Plant

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree with a company to address environmental contamination at a former chemical plant, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
