EPA Lodges Consent Decree with Occidental Petroleum for California Cleanup

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a consent decree with Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OxyChem) regarding the cleanup of contaminated sites in California. The decree is in compliance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
