EPA Lodges Consent Decrees for Environmental Cleanup at Former Occidental Petroleum Sites

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged consent decrees with Occidental Petroleum Corporation for environmental cleanup at several former sites, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)
