Exemption Granted for Sale of Property by Carpenters Pension Fund
The United Brotherhood of Carpenters Pension Fund has been granted an exemption to sell 19.25 acres of property to its parent organization, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, for cash, allowing the Trustees to circumvent ERISA restrictions.
