Prospective Grant of Partially Exclusive Licenses: Inhibition of Cell Proliferation Using Antisense Oligonucleotides

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is contemplating granting partially exclusive licenses to Lynx Therapeutics, Inc., Genta Incorporated, and CV Therapeutics, Inc. for the invention embodied in U.S. Patent Applications SN 07/821,415 and 08/187,785.
