Treasury Department Amends Supplemental Security Income Regulations to Reflect Changes in Treatment of Certain Royalties and Honoraria

The Treasury Department has issued final regulations amending the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) regulations to reflect changes in the treatment of certain royalties and honoraria, as mandated by section 5034 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990.
