Medicaid Program: Outstation Intake Locations for Certain Low-Income Pregnant Women, Infants, and Children Under Age 19

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has issued an interim final rule requiring Medicaid agencies to process applications from low-income pregnant women, infants, and children under 19 at locations other than traditional child support offices, and to use a separate application form for these individuals.
