FDA Announces Temporary Deferment of Medical Device Submissions Due to Office of Device Evaluation Relocation

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is temporarily deferring the review of premarket notifications, premarket approval applications, and investigational device exemption applications from October 1994, while the Office of Device Evaluation relocates, and will resume accepting submissions after the relocation is completed.
