Amendment to Extend Effective Dates for Prohibited Transaction Exemptions

Royal Bank of Canada and Northern Trust Corporation have been granted an amendment to their Prohibited Transaction Exemptions, allowing them to extend the effective periods of the exemptions for up to six months if they meet certain conditions. The amendments, which were previously granted in 2016, provide notice of the changes to the exemptions.
