FDA Temporarily Deferment of Activities Relating to Medical Device Submissions

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has temporarily suspended the review of medical device submissions from October 7 to October 21, 1994, due to the relocation of its Office of Device Evaluation (ODE) from Rockville, MD to the same city. During this 14-day period, the agency accepted mail but did not officially receive premarket notifications, applications, or review pending submissions.
