Medicare Program; Monthly Actuarial Rates and Monthly Supplementary Medical Insurance Premium Rates Beginning January 1, 1995

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the monthly actuarial rates and monthly supplementary medical insurance premium rates for the Medicare program starting January 1, 1995. The rates include $73.10 for aged enrollees and $105.80 for disabled enrollees, with a monthly SMI premium rate of $46.10.
