New and Pending Demonstration Project Proposals Submitted for Welfare Reform and Medicaid Demonstration Projects, November 1994

The Department of Health and Human Services has announced new proposals for welfare reform and combined welfare reform/Medicaid demonstration projects, which were submitted in November 1994 and are awaiting federal approval. The proposals include previously submitted projects still pending a decision and those that have been approved since September 27, 1994.
