Asparagus Deviating From Identity Standard; Amendment of Temporary Permit for Market Testing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that it is amending a temporary permit issued to The Pillsbury Co. to market test experimental packs of canned asparagus containing zinc chloride to change the start date for the permit. The purpose of the temporary permit is to allow the applicant to measure consumer acceptance of the food.
