Foreign Proposals To Amend Appendices to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species

The United States Service invites information and comments on proposals to amend Appendices I and II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, which will be considered at the ninth regular Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP9) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from November 7-18, 1994.
