Availability of Environmental Assessment and Decision Record for Coal Lease Applications in Southeast Oklahoma

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has made available the Environmental Assessment (EA) and Decision Record (DR) for six coal lease applications and one coal lease modification in the Southeast Oklahoma Coal Leasing Area, following a public meeting in June 1994 where no comments were received on the EA's adequacy.
