US Government Corrects Mining Claim Fees Rule

The US government has corrected a final rule implementing fees for mining claims, which were set at $25 per location and $100 annually, as required by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, published on August 30, 1994 (59 FR 44846).
