Partial Revocation of Secretarial Order Dated January 22, 1940, as Modified; Alaska

This order revokes a Secretarial order, as modified, insofar as it affects 22.12 acres of public land withdrawn for Air Navigation Site No. 134 at Willow. The land is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was withdrawn. This action also allows the conveyance of the land to the State of Alaska, if such land is otherwise available. Any land described herein that is not conveyed to the State is opened and will be subject to the terms and conditions of Public Land Order No. 5186, as amended, and any other withdrawal of record.
