Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes to Retain Withdrawals for 37.50 Acres of Public Land in Idaho

The Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to retain two existing withdrawals for 20 years to protect the Grays Lake Refuge Headquarters, which is currently closed to surface entry and mining, and transfer jurisdiction of the lands to the agency.
