BLM to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed 345kV Transmission Line in Texas and New Mexico

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will direct the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed 345kV transmission line project in western Texas and southwestern New Mexico, following a public scoping process that includes public notice, letters of invitation, and a scoping document.
