Notice of Intent to Prepare EIS/EIR for Mainstem Trinity River Fishery Restoration

The Fish and Wildlife Service and the Hoopa Valley Tribe plan to prepare a draft environmental impact statement/environmental impact report to assess mainstem Trinity River fishery restoration projects and inform the Secretary of the Interior's recommendations for permanent fish flow requirements and Trinity River Division operating criteria, as mandated by the Flow Evaluation Program and the Central Valley Project Improvement Act.
