Partial Revocation of Secretarial Order dated July 19, 1941, as Modified; Alaska

This order revokes a Secretarial order insofar as it affects 34.88 acres of public land withdrawn for Air Navigation Site No. 164 at Chicken. This action also allows the conveyance of the land to the State of Alaska, if such land is otherwise available. Any land that is not conveyed to the State will be subject to the terms and conditions of Public Land Order Nos. 5179 and 5180, as amended, and any other withdrawal of record.
