Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc. Filing Proposed Rule Change for Overnight Trading Session

Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to amend Rule 11.13(a) to replace the term 'registered clearing agency' with 'Qualified Clearing Agency', allowing non-members to act as clearing firms, and requiring members participating in overnight trading to maintain a separate letter of guarantee or authorization from a clearing firm.
