Highway 71 Properties has submitted an application to the Fish and Wildlife Service for an incidental take permit to allow for the construction and operation of a residential development in Austin, Texas, which may impact the endangered golden-cheeked warbler. The permit application is currently under review and a determination of jeopardy or a Finding of No Significant Impact will be made within 30 days.
