Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana Adopts Liquor Control Ordinance
The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana has adopted a liquor control ordinance, which regulates the sale, possession, and consumption of liquor on tribal lands, following a delegation of authority by the Secretary of the Interior and a 1994 adoption by the tribe on August 30, 1994.
