BLM Extends Public Comment Period for Draft Roswell and Carlsbad Resource Management Plans

The Bureau of Land Management is extending the public comment period for the combined Draft Roswell Resource Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Carlsbad Resource Management Plan Amendment/Environmental Impact Statement, originally set to end February 1, 1995, to March 1, 1995, to allow more time for public review and comment.
