New Mexico City Seeks to Lease Public Lands for Law Enforcement Training and Education

The City of Farmington in New Mexico has proposed leasing public lands under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act for additional classroom areas and training facilities for law enforcement officers, as well as educational programs for school children and community safety initiatives.
