Export of American Alligators from 1995 to 1997 to be Regulated by U.S. Scientific Authority and Management Authority

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will regulate the export of American alligators harvested between 1995 and 1997, following a review of the species' conservation status and potential threats to its survival, in accordance with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) regulations.
