U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Denies Petition to List Canada Lynx as Endangered or Threatened

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has denied a 12-month finding for a petition to add the contiguous United States population of the Canada lynx to the List of Threatened and Endangered Species, finding that listing the species is not warranted.
