Coinbase Derivatives, LLC Filing for Rule Change on Cash Settled Futures

Coinbase Derivatives, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to adopt rules governing cash settled futures on individual equity securities and exchange-traded fund shares, including perpetual single-stock futures, effective immediately.
