Proposed Revision of Class E Airspace; New York, NY

This notice proposes to establish additional Class E airspace at New York, NY. A Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) has been recently developed at the Teterboro Airport, NJ, and controlled airspace down to 700 feet above ground level is needed for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at Teterboro Airport. The intended effect of this proposed action is to provide adequate Class E airspace for IFR operators.
