FAA Proposes to Rule on Application to Impose Passenger Facility Charge at Key West International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to rule on an application to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Key West International Airport and use the revenue from the PFC at both Key West International Airport and Marathon Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
